Though our hours of operation are restricted to Monday through Thursday,
we work hard to accommodate your schedule, and we have structured Select
INSPECT's scheduling system to deal with these facts:
1. We know you
are often trying to schedule an appointment promptly.
2. You also often
have time constraints with your own work hours. (We conduct evening
inspections too!)
3. You are often working
within a contingency timeframe to which you've agreed.
 How
Appointments Are Made...
(simple and painless)
Call us at 612-232-0325 and you will be given personalized phone service
to schedule an appointment and answer any additional questions you may have.
We work with you to come up with a day
and time that suits your schedule. We'll get basic information from you
regarding setting up your appointment (property address, contact phone
numbers, any particular concerns you may have, etc.). If you are the potential buyer, once we have agreed upon
a date and time suited to you, we will contact the listing agency
(seller's agency) directly to notify them of our agreed upon time. The
listing agency then confirms the appointment with the sellers, and calls
us back with a confirmation. Upon confirmation they give Select
INSPECT
permission to access the electronic lockbox with our Supra Key (electronic
keypad), or they provide us with the combination if the lockbox is manual.
Once the appointment has been confirmed, we will give you a courtesy call
back to assure you your appointment is firmly set. It is not necessary
for any agents to be present. Lastly, just
meet your inspector at the property at the time you agreed upon. This can
be any time
during the inspection starting at the beginning of the appointment, but no later
than 45 minutes before the end of the inspection. Inspection times usually
vary between 2-3 hours depending on the size and type of property. If you
prefer to show up closer to the end of the
inspection, make sure you've verified with us your latest allowable arrival time. PAY

Inspections Exclude:
the grounds, roof, exterior, attic (unless it's accessible from inside the
unit itself), common/shared areas in building (unless easily accessible
and they contain your unit's furnace or boiler, water heater, main
electrical panel, and laundry facilities), detached garages and shared
parking facilities. The interior of attached garages that are not shared will
be inspected.
