the conclusion of your inspection. The report is highly detailed, and
well-documented while still being easy to read. It comes in a

2. Digital Photo Documentation
Digital photos are taken during the inspection to document key areas of
the inspection. Photos are taken both for overall general documentation,
and any problem areas that your inspector deems in your best interest to
document.
3. Estimations on the Remaining
Life Expectancies of the Home's Major Components
Our clients love and greatly appreciate
this!
To prepare you for some potentially major upcoming expenses,
your inspector
will provide you with estimations of the remaining life expectancies of
these major components: furnace or boiler, central air, water heater & roof.
4. Safety Concerns
& Free Carbon Monoxide Testing
Safety concerns are a top priority during your inspection. Your inspector
will be on the lookout for safety hazards in the home and will perform a
free carbon monoxide test during your inspection.
